Yesterday’s workout
Heya. I didn’t write yesterday, but today can count since it is the 4th of July and a day of rest
Yesterday was a running day. I did 30 minutes… 10 minutes of running between 5-6mph throughout and the other 20 walking at either 4 or 4.5mph. I walked for 5, ran for 5, walked for 5, ran for 3, walked for 10, ran for 2. Then cool down for an additional 5 minutes.
2.6 miles. 260 calories. I sweated like a mofo but felt AMAZING when it was done. And it wasn’t that hard! I was pleased ![]()
